well…its 0-12. i would have neeverrrr guessed that the Indianapolis Colts would be the only team in the league in week 13 that has yet to win a game. i mean granted, people were saying the Patriots were going to beat us by 21 points, and we were able to close the gap to 7…it was still a loss. the one good thing I see is that we’ll most likely get the first round draft pick in 2012 which BETTER be Andrew Luck. I just don’t get it…obviously the team knew Peyton was aging as a player, why didn’t they plan this a little better? They should have tried to train Curtis to be a liitttle more…er…talented? i know that sounds so mean, but come on you know its true.
so how about orlovsky? i’ve been wanting them to put him in since like week 7. the fact that curtis painter gets us super close to coming back and then throws a game-ending interception really kills me. i tend to get really worked up during football games so when it comes down to the wire like that and we still lose, i get a little upset. just a little….
aaaaand that brings me to the Giants/Packers game yesterday. note to self: never watch that game with a family of all-around Wisconsin people. It was seriously torture. The game was sooo good, and Eli was pretty consistent the entire game. what killed me was at the end after it was tied and it could have gone to overtime, the defense just stopped trying. or something along those lines. i don’t really know what happened, all i know is the Packers are now 12-0 and the Giants have dropped all the way to 6-6. thats not okay with me. i guess they have to follow their December trend of always losing in the second half of the season. most unfortunately…
‘i think the one good thing that came out of this week was that Dallas lost yesterday, which is incredibly helpful for the Giants. If New York can beat the Cowboys next week and when the play the second time i think in january, they might actually win the division. MIGHT. im thinking very optimistically right now. it helps that Detroit & Chicago (the 2 teams in the wildcard slots right now) both lost yesterday, and now that the Bears don’t have Cutler or Forte, we might be able to take their slot…? maybe….
and i’ll close with one more thing….Tebow (: once again pulling out a win in the last seconds of the game. craaaazyyy. Denver is now tied with Oakland at the top of the AFC West. How did that happen? Oh, and how can we forget about San Francisco? they already clinched the NFC West and December just started. I feel like we tend to forget about those teams all the way in the West sometimes.
wow that was alot…alright everyone enjoy their week! maybe week 14 will be the lucky week for the Colts…or maybe not i dont even know anymore!!
